Important notice. Following the launch of the KYC process, we will be taking two additional steps: 1) We will be using about 50 ETH from accumulated protocol fees to cover some otherwise non-covered (i) legal expenses, (ii) technical expenses and (iii) certain other costs. As noted previously, there are calculation issues with respect to the protocol fees. Following completion of these steps, we will recheck and recalculate the protocol fees as necessary to ensure fees are appropriately deducted. At this time, our expectation is that expenses will be deducted from the accounts of people who opt to withdraw on a pro-rata basis; however, we will verify and validate this approach with lawyers. 2) The majority of funds in the Unslashed USF Fund I Vault on Enzyme are subject to various court orders which prevent such funds from being transferred (e.g., the Celsius injunction order in the UK). Moreover, there are some additional issues related to KeyFi being the original depositor for the share of assets and liabilities at issue in the Celsius claims. Accordingly, we will be respecting all valid court orders and dealing first with the assets that are not subject to any court orders or other blocking issues for which we will be managing both the assets and liabilities components under the supervision of lawyers. If you have any issues with the two steps above, please let us know and please explain any issues by DM. If you did not initiate any legal proceedings/have no court orders and you want your share of assets and liabilities to remain untouched until further notice, please let us know in the coming 15 days (on or before December 9th, 2024) by DM or via e-mail when we reach out to you regarding the KYC. For the screenshoters, these operations will be conducted by Unslashed Services Limited (B.V.I.) through the Governance Guardian Multisig (0x659839C92ac4230b69EdF25943766C33D44b63de) that is fully controlled by this entity.
